About the Founder/ Counselor

The founder is a young woman reigning out of Greenville, Ms. She is the daughter of Eva and Cody Williams. She’s a Certified Life Coach residing in Arlington, Texas. So often as a young lady she wondered, where we’re all the people that grew up in her neighborhood. As she got older she realized there were no women willing to step backup and help with the younger generation. That broke her heart. From that day forward she's vowed to get back into the school systems and engage with our youth. She believes through GUIDANCE and STRUCTURE we as a whole could be better to reach and motivate our youth. They are our youth, they are our next DOCTORS, TEACHER, POLITICAL LEADERS , POLICE OFFICERS and what we instill in them MATTER. Her vision for the next generation is to MOLD a generation of EMPOWERING & CONFIDENT LEADERS.
